Armstrong Transport Group, LLC, is a third-party logistics provider headquartered in Charlotte, NC. We were founded in 2006 in a bonus room (the South's version of a basement), and have experienced exponential growth. Today, we have over 150 agent offices and 1000 logistics professionals working around the country. Our customers, carriers, and agents are supported by a team of over 100 corporate employees.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and tenacious individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this position, you will focus on building a book of business and expanding the ATG customer base by creating logistics solutions that offer our customers the most cost-effective way to move their inventory, bridging the gap between our customers and partner carriers.

**We offer a commission structure with uncapped commission potential-- you can earn 6 figures within your first year with us!**

Responsibilities:

  • Use CRM to identify, call, and track prospects
  • Effectively maintain a pipeline to generate revenue to meet or exceed goals and expectations
  • Perform a minimum of 50 cold calls per day
  • Understand market trends and conditions to offer competitive solutions to our customers
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers
  • Additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

  • Sales or account management experience preferred but not required
  • Exceptional professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Confident decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
  • Ability to be 100% in-person on site

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Full cycle sales experience

Benefits:
